Fallout Nevada poisoned well problem.

Hello. I have all of the wells in salt lake city and surrounding areas poisoned for some reason. Last time i played a year ago, i dont remember doing anything to those wells but even if i did it was not poisoning them. I rememebr talking with local doctor about water problem and water treatment but now i dont have any dialogues about that topic. I did not repaired nuka factory since doctor said it will pour more toxic chemicals into soil.
Also i cant use horsekiller on well in provo since game informs me that it is already poisoned.

Dude what version of the game you have?
cause the bug You're describing is from like one of the very early versions, where poisoning Provo well caused poisoning of SLC waters. Anyways Find user _Pyran_ and download latest version of the game v2.032 from an archive in his signature, then update the game's sfall, as it is now outdated, and you should be good to go ( as far as i remember the installler and the game's language version is defaulted to english, in that install).
