FT Booster question

First time out of the vault
I like using the booster utility but when I ran the game I didn't get the Springfield mission.

Trying to flip it manually the old way by going to the bos.cfg file I noted I didn't see the bos.cfg file when I unpacked everything with the booster utility.

Am I doing something wrong or missing something? I'm looking in the core file.
 
Figured it out myself eventually. Seems that the booster utility moves the bos.cfg file to your Users App data section.

C:Users/****/AppData/Local/VirtualStore
