Ok ill be quick about it. Ive been asked about this many times but read on and youll see how easy it is.
First of all, forget the tedious operations you must do with the Hex tempering approach and do this instead :
Go the NMA homepage, click the downloads section and get the Trainer. I know there are only a few options available and this one is not mentioned but do it anyway youll see for yourself.
Load the trainer, load the Game. Now, press alt and keep it pressed down while clicking on chr for the character menu and voila! You have a menu that allows you to change the stats of any of your party members and you can do this anytime in the game. That is a lot easier than hex editing. Oh and dont take the leader perk as it tends to do weird stuff if you change the stats at this point.
