Girls and Fallout

Ok, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but how many fallout fans are girls? (girls as in Angelina Jolie, not girls as in "wow, I just got out of the vault cave on easy, boy, those rats sure are tough). How many out of 3635 members on this forum are girls? Maybe because I'm new to the forum, but I am yet to meet a girl here. In fact I am yet to meet a girl who has finished Fallout anywhere. Why is that? Is Fallout particularly sexist? I certainly don't think so. Is it because it's violent? I've known girls to play games far more violent. Any thoughts? Oh, and if there are any girls here stand up and be heard...
Then again, I might be way off.

With the "girls=Angelina Jolie" definition, I'm guessing 0. I'll ask her at dinner though.
 
There just aren't that many girls who play games...Games usually is alot about violence and fighting, and from early times, fighting were the mens job, and thus, it's more in mens instincts to fight, and then men are more apealed by fighting...basic logic thinking
(and yes, there are females on this site)
 
Could you imagine a girl masterbating to a video game? That answer is the same answer to your question...

I know personally at least five girls, from which three of them are considerably 'hot' that enjoy playing video games.

True, more Monkey-Island / Fantasy RPG games, but still.

Stereotypes, stereotypes. I like to smash them.
 
My wife plays videogames and I know of a lot of other females who play as well. Typically women aren't into the same type of games as men ,but there are exceptions to every rule. My wife ABHORS anything Star Wars related, but she liked Fable,which is just as geeky.Everyone's different.
 
Thats a BIG negative. She isn't a geek,shes' actually a typical women(if there is such a creature).

Stereotypes are just a common factor we all know and still can't seem to get rid of, for instance there are polar bears running around the streets in Norway..err.....

We all know better, sure girls play Fallout. They might not be equally interested in talking about it on the net, but I'm sure there are girls in this forum.

I'm not saying girls don't play games (I know they do, even "violent" ones (the games, not the girls)), I'm just saying they don't play Fallout.

I once met this really hot girl who used to play counterstrike. She is the only evidence outside of legend that they exist...
 
I know a few girls who play or played fallout, and who are currently or have been members of nma.

(rumor disspelled: nma is all boys club)
