Help needed Launching F.U.C.K.[Solved]

Fallout Utility for Critter Tinkering or as Some refer it F.U.C.K has troubles running on my system.

First I had to add it to exclusions in my AV software since it was deleted the moment it got detected.
And I can't make it to run. I've tried compatibility and run as admin but it still says I haven't got the needed priviledges to run this application.. I even can't add it to exclusions IN OPT-OUT Data Execution Prevention.. it says contact app developer or admin for priviledges WTF...

Can somebody help me??

I've tried to edit Fo1 Npc Mod From Fixt and Fw1EDIT from Cubik seemes a bit limited.

I have Absolutely no idea what I'm missing..
if it helps I'm running win 7x64 and kaspersky
 
Wouldn't use it at all, as the BIS mapper works as well for critter editing.
 
Wait BIS mapper is backward compatible with Fo1 now?
I though that critter files from Fo1 are different than the ones from Fo2, besides How can I turn BIS mapper to properly handle Fo1 stuff I thought it undergone some modifications for Fo2 so it became incompatible with Fo1 and nobody kept the original maper for Fo1?..
412 vs 416 bytes right?
 
Haven't seen that you want to edit Fo1 critters. No idea if that works or not. There's only like a hand full of people who ever worked on Fo1 mods and most of them aren't around anymore.
 
If you want to change fields that are not in Cubik's critter editor, using hex editors is probably the fastest way.

Fallout proto manager seemes to work for Fo1 Critters, However I can't edit "Better Criticals" value for those protos. The option is grayed out

Editing Fo1 Item protos seemes to give wrong item perks for them. Though %crit fail is awsome to set.

Again download the editor by link. And use the built-in text editor to edit the disabled (gray) fields.

It is possible more in detail what not so? Just an editor specializes mainly on files for Fallout 2
 
Program says It can't open the file because it's format is incompatible. built in Hex editor opens but it can't save changes :( will try hiew maybe this one will work

no need to with the help of offset list in html from F.U.C.K i was able to do the hex edit in hiew
I think it can't detect the format right because Fo1 critter files are a bit smaller than the Fo2 ones 412 bytes vs 416 bytes maybe that's what causing this. i edited everything in proto manager except Better criticals wich fortuneatly is a easy hex edit. ill have my mod in no time.
