I have been fallowing the set up instructions for the editor but its not working.

I fallowed the instructions but it doesn't work what am I doing wrong?

Have you unrared the files from core?Like tiles_0 mis_0?
you have to put them in the right folder tiles_0 after unrar put them in tiles folder and so on.
