I need urgent help! T__T

Ahoy, ye salty dogs!
I edited 5 recruits for a gameplay (no cheats, just skills and stats re-distributed/re-tagged for proper eficiency), but now that I've finally beaten the 3rd mission (raider fortress in Rock Falls) I got my last recruit from the quartermaster and it's all altered!

I tried to go into the editor again, but eveything there show to be as it should, only when in the game do thhings change :evil:

In short: how do I edit a recruit after a playthrough has already been started? :?
 
Recruit will be saved in gamesave just after he was loaded in game. So, no way to alter him.

Compare this with items: you can alter them in editor, and new items (if you buy them from traders or pick up on new maps), will be changed, but used ones remain in old stance.
