invisible icons on fallout tactics

hi people, days after finishing fallout 2, i wanted to try tactics
first i tried the demo, what works fine, then i get the full game,
but i can`t see the icons on the weapons and armor, nor the inventory, thats the problem, now the pc
os :windows 7 home premium 32 bits
video: nvidia geforce gt 220
processor : AMD Athlon II X3 445
sound : nvidia
