Before I start, I just want to say that the game for the most part runs fine, but there seems to be an issue where whenever I open the Pip-Boy or change the Point of View, the framerate will drop for about half a minute or so.
I've checked sites which compare my laptop hardware to the game and everything seems to be okay, it just seems to have a problem with Windows 10.
Is there a Mod or Patch out there that fixes this (most of the issues I've come across are from people who can't even start the game, so I guess if it's kind of playable then that's a start).
