Less ammo mod

Hey guys. Is there a mod for NV that greatly reduces the amount of ammo available - both from vendors and found as loot?
 
Well, with the mod configuration menu and project nevada, I know it allows you to edit the amount of loot in the world.

I don't know of any other specifically.
