Alright, DjDude ill be as polite as possible here, though i am getting a little frustrated;
-Mostly at the attacks on forgotten knight, because attacking a modder bringing new life to our games is low at best.
-A lot, because you aren't giving us with anywhere near enough info to help us help you. eg. If it was just LH mod, ok, but why mention the resolution patcher afterwards? Be concise, just post everything you do know and everyone will jump at the chance to help, please don't be vague.
You say you have uninstalled Fallout 2, numerous times. And deleted the blackisle/fallout2 folders, could you do us a favour, just to help us help you by the way.
Install Fallout 2.
Reboot.
Uninstall Fallout 2.
Reboot.
Delete
all blackisle folders.
Reboot. (rebooting, it helps you to calm down, and lets you remember which stage you are up to. Make a list if necessary, i do it with S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mods all the time mate.)
Check the program registry for instances of Fallout 2
If you find them. Delete them and reinstall.
Reinstall Fallout 2.
Play.
If you cant. The only other help i can offer is a full format.
Either you are running multiple installs of the game.
(don't laugh, it can happen, even to the best of us.)
Or your computer is corrupted beyond all reasonable belief.
By the way. I did try to replicate your problem on my computer, with multiple installs, and manual deletions. Each time its been solved by the above steps.
