Looking for help creating a serious Fallout GMod RP

Hello! I'm currently setting up a CW: Atomic RP server for Garry's Mod. I've got a lot of things set up so far, ambient music, weather system, salesmen, faction system, etc. but I'm looking for help running it, as well as factional leaders and administrators! I've got a forum set up here: http://hydrogenrp.boards.net/ and I'm looking for players, storytellers, RPers, and moderators to help me run this server!

Let me guess.

90% of the classes are "VIP" only, and are grossly overpowered.

Getting resources is piss easy when you're rich/paying, and impossible when you're a new person?

KOS lies rampant everywhere, and rules aren't enforced?

Props are hugely limited, and there's countless rules which makes building nigh impossble?

I hate to judge without joining the server.

I was the admin of a server a couple years back, I'd love to have another go at it.

But jesus Gmod servers are cancer.
 
I tried playing one of the fallout Rp on gmod servers. After a good half hour of sitting in my moderately comfortable office chair and watching my computer download every gmod addon ever, i was greeted to the server with a shitload of missing textures and errors.
 
I don't know what this is. I feel old. I'm going to lie down.
