War may never change, but 50 years after the events of fallout 4... the lie of peace has started to permeate the wasteland. As people rebuild the Blu Flu has re-emerged from the before times. As the Old world survivors rush for a cure to save their own hide, the Followers of Caesar prepare for a push to take over Missouri and gain a foothold in the Garden of even, and with that awakening, a foe over 200 years thought dead.

States are Illinois, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

The factions are the Followers of Caesar (Reborn Legion and Mormon nation)
The Old World Survivors (Enclave, Institute, and others who saw the old world.)
The BOS (Midwest)
The Red Dragoon Empire

Minor factions
The Kings
The Luddites (Hate all form of tech)
The Cherokee
Estroo clan
 
Throw the Creek Indians in because they are a big tribe here in Oklahoma.

Sure I need more stuff in Oklahoma, are they fighting the 'legion'? have they joined... are they trying to stay out of the way? What cities do they control. Weapons used, Hostile?
 
I am wondering if settlement building should be used in this mod?
Also thinking of replacing Fast travel with vehicles that have limited weight abilities.
