Metro 2033

If you like linear corridor shooters with nice atmosphere, go for it. It is certainly much better than I expected, enjoying it quite a bit. Pretty cool survival FPS.

I wanna give this game a shot, it looks really cool. Does anyone recommend it?
I liked it a lot the first time I played it. Even though as many say it is a bit short sometimes.

I heard the book its based on has 700 pages. You dont notice that while in game.

Its definetly fun for the first time. I can only recomend it. But its NOT a scary game. I never had that feeling. But its strange anyway. For example I found Doom 3 to be pretty scary. But thats maybe cause of hell and deamons while mutants and such dont leave much room for my imagination. Also you get many times company in Metro 33. But as action game it was cool also had great ambience particularly the last part of the game is very well done.

I hope if they do a second game they will offer a bit more story though and make it a bit longer.

Dark Void is on sale for $14.99 on D2D... given the discrepancy between reviewer scores and player scores, and its partial attempt at originality, it's more interesting to me than Metro 2033.
