Isn't modrunner obsolete? (mods have to be packed in a .dat file?)

Is there a UK version of sfall I can download? It doesn't seem to be working.

Hello Pastamasta.
I believe that Sfall is only working with US fallout2.exe.
So install Killap's mod or Mib88 (I think

) and take the Fallout2.exe.
