Most Delicious Thing You've Ever Made

Hoplite

Worth 1/5th of 100 grams of tea
(this is a thinly vieled attempt at extracting recipes from y'all <3)

So, what's y'all's favorite thing to cook?

I like to cook up grilled cheese and tomato soup to dip it in. YUM!

Whilst hungover, a roomate and I conspired to make a tray full of scratch made breaded mac and cheese. The end result was thick as cement and god-tier to eat. Whilst high, we barely stopped ourselves from later ripping it apart like a zombie to survivor iintestines in an apocalypse flick.

I make burrito dip from frozen burritos... Bake a package of El Monterrey frozen burritos. Empty the insides into a bowl. Coarsely shred the tortillas and set them to the side for now. In the burrito innards, mix in chunks of real bacon, half a packet of buttermilk ranch mix powder, a bunch of jalapenos, half of a white onion, finely diced, and several tablespoons of mustard. After that's all mixed together you layer it onto a baking sheet with burrito mix, cheese, burrito mix, tortilla pieces, and another layer of cheese. Bake that for about ten minutes at 350 or until the tortillas start to brown. Top it with some guacamole, Mexican crema, and some El Yucateco XXXtra.

I learned to make a pretty good lasgna.... before I found out I shouldn't be eating anything with wheat on it.

Otherwise I make very good Coconut rice, Beef toungue with Gravy, baked chicken, Mashed potatoes.

Tried some alternatives? Might not taste the same but could be still pretty good. I think there are many ways how to do things without wheat.

Anyway my favourite thing is self made Pasta with Ragù alla bolognese. Takes hours to make though because it is a sort of stew.

Oh yeah. Learned to make it even better from my girlfriend. She's italian, so she knows how to do that stuff properly.
