My take and some questions

1) i hate "counterstrike" shot mechanics where bullets fly in random directions even at 100 gun skill

2) there are no long speeches, really annoying

3) the story is shit.

4) gun progression is horrible, and they dont work period imo

5) the vast majority of the quests are shit

6) there should be an easier method of getting past the "tutorial"

7) i really hate seeing people walking on air

8) i really hate seeing people walk

9) full clip with fully repaired chinese assault rifle to kill an enclave soldier. 3 hs with vats, dead enclave soldier.


admittedly, there are some good parts to this game. no doubt about it. they are so few and far between that i got giddy when they happened. i should feel giddy the whole damn game, not just sometimes.


it feels like there are truely only 3 choices the whole entire game.

1) disable or blow up megaton
2) inject virus into project purity device or not
3) have you activate it or have someone else activate project purity


where was megaton in my "200" endings?
where was the family in my endings?
where was vault 87 in my endings?

instead, all i got an ending on #2 and 3 choice.

so what is it, 4 endings, where is the other 196?

i dont know but is it possible that theres a completely alternative pathyou can take on the main storyline that were just completely missing? ive only uncovered like 5 endings beating the game twice...

There are only 8 permutations of the end narration - 2 for Karma * 2 for siding or not with the president * 2 for sacrificing yourself or not.

The only thing that the side quests and actions in various towns change are some of the images displayed during the narration - that's what the hyped 500 endings amount to.

thats just blatant incompentence.

there are only 8 real endings, such a fucking dissapointment.
