They look like their faces are just gonna slide off, then they're gonna devour his brains when noone's looking. Also what the hell is he wearing.
 
Just couldn't tell if it was to restrain him or something, or to keep him from becoming vigilante Swiss cheese or something. Either way, not too good of a vest, covering such a little amount.

Its covering his vital areas. Few bullets to the shoulders won't kill him.

Edit: That said, im not keen on the U shape under his neck. Would want to get shot there =P
