Nuka Break Episode 1 released on Youtube

But best title ever!
You may remember we posted about Nuka Break's trailer and the the short movie proper, and now, after the team managed to put together some funding, the Fallout-inspired fan film has been made into a series, the first episode of which has been released on Youtube. It's roughly 9 minutes of slapstick humor and Fallout 3 and New Vegas references, making it "not for everyone".

I loved it! The main guy reminds me of Eli from SGU... I looked it up.. I see no connection.
 
Seems better put together than the first one. I like the song at the end too.
 
I would have liked it better if it didn't have the battle at the end. They should save those for when it fits, but well it's a free comedy video on youtube, it was very well put together.
 
I thought that the FO episode was very entertaining and I look forward to seeing future episodes.
I thought that the characters where funny and right on... especially the idiot/ naive vault boy. Being the guy that I am, I can't help but to have enjoyed the tough, sexy, and smart female member of the group and I also liked the way that the Ghoul character was used to touch on Ghoul(ness?) and can see where this could be further developed.

And what, pray tell, is wrong with Firefly? The only negative thing I have to say about Firefly is that it ended way to soon.... but then, FOX does have a way of cancelling the good shows and keeping the crap. Interestingly enough, FOX thought it was to "intellectual" for the average viewer. So, that tells you what FOX Network really thinks of it's viewers... though I am not saying that they are far from wrong. :D

Unless you are a FOX Network "suit" who thinks that it's average viewer is so stupid that they must be tricked into morality tales through low budget animation.

Joss Whedon writing Sci-fi? nothing good can come out of it. If FOX thinks something written by Joss Whedon si intellectual, well that surely says something about them.

I liked the Ghoul, he was cool.

Nothing, you missread my post, I said it was good, and reminded me of Firefly UP UNTIL the raider part.
 
Much better than the first one, definitely an improvement.

And the raiders being well dressed is a joke, people. ;)
 
I liked Ben. He kind of reminds me of myself actually. Or, rather how I'd act in the wastes. Fuck everyone over who isn't myself or shooting the same things I am.
