Howdy,
Decided to give NV a try and I'm experiencing the exact same issue I had with Fallout 3 on my old desktop:
Odd mouse lag that is particularly bad indoors. As a matter of fact, even movement feels wobbly when indoors.
Did the following:
* Went into the ini file and forced Vsync and mouse smoothing off.
* Tried lowering resolution and detail level but I don't think that's it because FRAPS shows FPS rarely dip below 30 and it actually goes up indoors so it makes to lag because of that.
* Downloaded some fix mod that did nothing.
Can't find anything online on this problem but one thing to note is that both this laptop and my old desktop that I played F3 on, had ATI video cards.
Any ideas?
