Odd side effect to modding FNV

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
For record, I am using a savestate editor for Xbox 360.

I modded my female Legion file (Phoebus Canis) and began messing with the Inventory Editor. After that I played through Lonesome Road and brought back a ton of Marked Men Armors to sell to the Gun Runners.

What was strange was I found the Gun Runners selling some things that I had put into my Inventory, for example, they had a fully repaired Maria, a heavily damaged Remnants Tesla Armor (not Arcade's, I mean the cut one) and the YCS/186 Gauss Rifle in moderate condition. I reiterate, this is the Xbox 360, I haven't manually altered their inventory.

Any of you know how this could happen?
 
I thought that was normal? Isn't there always a chance that the stuff you sell to vendor gets added to their inventory?
 
I didn't sell them anything. Some of the things I had added to my inventory were being sold by the Gun Runners the first time I met them (on that file)
