I've only really been active for a few years, and lurked before - but my vote goes to that weird dude that drew the Fallout Dick-hanging out comics.
 
I was away for a while. I know about Twinks, but what happened to Alec and Voof. What have you people done with Verevoof!
 
Voof took off for personal reasons, had some things to take care of. alec, in short, went looking for a change of climate, or to escape one. He usually comes back. I won't say either aren't missed.

As Dope said, there are just too many people to list. We've been around for about as long as Fallout itself. +/- two decades makes for a lot of turnover.
 
Welsh, Alec, Pope, Dammitboy, Vault Dweller, Yoshi, Rosh, Per, and even Wooz, probably a few more; some still come around a bit, others not so much.
