Hello to this awesome community that keeps Fallout classics alive, please help me I have dreamed to create mods for Fallout 2 for 10 years now but it always seemed very complicated which is probably true, I have made some gorrila style dialogs before but it's just a pathetic attempt to satisfy my need to create and put my ideas into this game, in one week or two I'll be getting my dedicated XP pc for Fallout modding and I will definitely going to start modding all I need is some useful advice from experienced modders to make this process easier, I'm very ambitious I like to add tons of stuff like sprites, dialogs box animations (my art skills is good enough all I need is programming and some time), sound, and pretty much everything a huge fan of the classic series to make good mods, I don't care how much time it will get 10 or 20 years but I will make mods, please help I know there is many tutorials but I need some more deep modding stuff, like what programming language is needed what engine it runs on and what programs is best for modding, please help me to make my dreams come true and set me on the right direction
