If you don't like a program, just don't use it.
The function of a utility is to be usefull. There is no point on who or what make it!
For you dissapointment, 75% people that's working on fallout research are russian... (Serge, Return 0;, Borg Locutus and lots more).
And that's why I love russian people! (LOL)

Im re-mdelling my site and designing it to include more mod info and less game help info (I've set up a forum for that). Anyway, I was wondering if I could post a few of the files TeamX has made as long as I include the name and e-mail of the guy who made it?

Look there is nothing wrong with Russian programs, there good, but when i visit sites to download them i can't read the menus. +plus alot of programs arn't translated.
