Putting costum critter in game

I searched back but didn't found the answer I was looking I know if I have a recolored critter I just have to make a copy of the original in the critter list for example I recolor hmmaxx and sve it hmmadd
then since it had this hmmaxx,11,1 in critters.lst I should put hmmadd,11,1 to the last line to create a proto its ok and simple but how can I put a char into the game which has limited anims for example the oversees char whit extra anims or a character that can use all male weapon but none of the firearms. For example I want to put my new char in the game it has these frms AA, AO, BA, LA, LC, LD, LH, LI, LK, RA (its the char I posted at new anims).
Also I'm interested in the meaning of the numbers after the frm name in LST file.

Though I post this question here looks like I shouldn't have since not long after the post I was trying out the numbers which are resulted in success all I had to do was put 2 number after the frm name seperated with a coma and the mapper accepted to make the critter proto file though it still can't be killed inside the mapper (K), but after I press f8 I can kill her, I'm thinking about if I will be able to kill her within the mapper if I duplicate her death anim till I have the whole set. Also I dunno if this method will fully work since I'll still have problem like when I attack her and miss the mapper doesn't play the fireing or hitting anims just use up the APs. I will be trying to solve this if I succeed I will post it here.
 
Ok I wasnt really able to solve the previous thing (can't kill the killer with K in mapper) but I found other problems after correcting the offsets and putting the character to its place if I kill her in test mode F8 her death body goes beyond the lifting thing.

If I change it to flat then the are overlapping eachother in a really weird way....

hey umm.. all i see is a giant potty. like or maybe a record player. is that right image?

Use shift+k to chose a specific death animation. If you use just k, it searches the default death and if it can't find this, it does nothing.

Using flat flag with these critter will not work. You have to set it to not-flat on death, try if this works. If this also doesn't work, you have to change the offsets of the critter, so that it's in front of the base scenery and not behind it.
 
Separate the artworks (scenery) – and adjust the frame offset numbers so they overlap correctly (frame offset numbers can be a real pain)…sometimes it’s easier to build large artwork in multiple sections. As for critters…well those suckers always fall behind the scenery when the die…if only someone could change the settings and give dead critters the “knocked out” flag.
 
It should work, if the offsets of scenery and critter are the same like in the Fallout 1 frms (if not overseer, then the master). If it doesn't, then it's a wrong flag in the proto file.
