If you fail to do the above, your inane ramblings may be considered trolling and get you banned - depending how detached they are from reality
Search the forum and the site - the more you know, the less will have to be reiterated and explained to you.
Make sure you at least read the most basic stuff, like Fallout focus pages, interviews with Fallout's creators and he Fallout Bibles, before trying to make an opinionated statement. Those can be found easily here and on the front page
Some things are quite unwelcome here, among them threatening violence, advocating violence, unprovoked attitude towards moderators and other users, being an easily impressionable handicap that doesn't tell right from wrong and saying FOBOS was a great game. Again, lurk and learn so you don't need discipline
