Who still religiously plays NV? I do!

I often wonder about this. I mean, HAVE there been any organized efforts to potentially put together a mod that "re-dubs" much of FONV (or FO3)? For me, besides the obvious engine shortcomings, the lack of enunciation, acting, personifying, and VARIETY in voices was the game's biggest drawback. But I'd seen videos of mod content that some players had created that INCLUDED "new voices". They weren't great, by any stretch, but they were new NPCs, with mouth animations roughly matching (no better or worse than the game already had) fully voiced dialog. So if that could be created, wouldn't it be possible for a mod to be made to essentially add in a couple dozen more voice actors' audio to give the Wasteland a feeling of there being more than 3 people? Obviously the logistics of such a thing could be demanding, but I just mean, CAN'T it be done, and has it?The Dutch Ghost said:Mods simply can't fix the terrible story and dialog.
