Something make no sense.

I wonder if they are going after BGS for Wasteland Workshop or if it's just limited to indie guys who can't afford a court battle.
 
Fallout and wasteland are two already estblished ip whereas alien wasteland is a new ip. I guess thats the difference. Im not picking sides by the way. Im just trying to figure out the logic behind this.

I agree I'm not trying to pick a side, I just hope if they are going to go after people for using Wasteland BGS will be on that list.
 
I know this is done for the larger purpose of ensuring there won't be a bunch of games (many of them that are pretty bad and are cash grabs) that have a similar name that people may confuse for the the particular IP being defended.

I think they didn't go after Beth because the word "wasteland" has been deeply associated with Fallout since its inception.
