hmm... well.. I thought viral marketing when I saw it a while back... but now... freaking researchers....

Of all the uncountable things in the universe the average person has no information about, they thought we'd freak out over theirs?
 
Damn. Wished I had seen it before the launch.

Seems as if they actually put some effort into the whole thing. The whole random codes and shit are a nice touch.

Very reminiscent of all those Alternate Reality and internet puzzle (This Is Not Porn, et al) games.
