First time out of the vault
[Ignore. I started from an earlier save and killed him again and killed the marked men, it worked this time. For some reason didn't work the first time I did it. Luckily this time it was a lot easier than earlier]
After going up to the tower and killing Ulysess and dealing with all the marked men, the quest still doesn't show it's finished. I looked all around the room for any stragglers to kill and found none. Ulysess clearly is dead, I can loot him. I tried using the "completequest" and"setstage" command to finish the quest but it isn't working. I type it as shown: completequest 003616, setstage 003616 40.
I run the latest version of Fallout New Vegas with the mods I'm using in one of the photos.
