Slippy sloppy, The
Wasteland 3 is stated to be said to launch in 2019 so I suppose I look forward to that. I don't know of any other game releasing but The Outer Worlds so not a whole lot for me t to be excited about.
Sekiro and most of the PS4 exclusives. I hope Stygian gets released too.
Aside from that, Sunless Skies is already out and has delivered as far as I am concerned.
Probably few other games, but nothing specific comes to mind.

Of course, I'm probably not playing any of these.
I've got The Outer Worlds and Wasteland 3 to look forward to for sure. But money is always a thing. Mortal Kombat 11 is a must buy but I'm worried about how they'll shove microtransactions into the game. Those are the big 3 for me.
I'm skeptical about DOOM Eternal so I'll wait. Metro: Exodus isn't on GOG or Steam but will be on at least one later, so I'll wait. Cyberpunk 2077 (and System Shock 3/reboot) is something I might want if it's even 2019.
