i was interested to know if this tool could be modified to make it work with fallout 1, 2 and tactics http://www.shsforums.net/topic/43639-bg2tob-experimental-tobex/ since throne of bhaal is a game around the same time as the first 2 fallouts, i was wondering if this new tool could fix the engine bugs that couldnt be fixed like the one where you die of radiation when sleeping in the brotherhood of steel in fallout 1 for example.

This thing has nothing to do with Fallout and Fallout has engine-wise nothing to do with Baldur's Gate. So no, it will never work with Fallout.

Beside this, Fallout has such a tool already -> Sfall.

i understand it has nothing to do with fallout engine, that's why i was curious if it could be modified to work with the 3 first fallouts.

sfalll isnt updated anymore for fallout 1 for what i could see here and its development for fallout 2 is stopped because Timeslip is busy and afaik it doesnt work with fallout tactics.
