Vree offers a computer course that increases your Science skill by 15% permanently, or 30% if tagged according to the Fallout wikia. On previous playthroughs, I've been waiting until I reach the maximum level of reading those Big Books of Science on hard difficulty before taking the course. Is there any point in having a science skill that high? When do you take her course? Should I take it earlier so I don't have to buy so many of those expensive science books from Mrs. Stapleton?
