Wasteland 2 Cutscenes

I heard Fargo talk a lot about how cutscenes and voice actors and whatnot cost a lot of money... Does this mean we shouldn't expect anything along those lines? Not even fallout style hold-up-a-picture-and-talk-about-what your-actions-did-at-the-end-of-the-game?

I know I'm in the minority on this but I'd like some sort of cutscenes because they break up the game and feel like a reward...
 
They've talked about wanting a narrator, so I do kind of expect cutscenes. Just not fully animated ones.
 
Fingers are crossed for my hero Ron Perlman, but probably pretty slim odds.

Maybe we should start a kickstarter to get him to narrate it?

I think they are trying to stick to Wasteland rather than Fallout.
 
Yeah, Perlman's definitely too tied to the Fallout franchise. Would be weird and confusing to add him to Wasteland as well, just add to the existing "so this is Fallout 3?" confusion.
