there's this thing that i still hear even since playing fallout 2 back months that frank was meant to kill the chosen one survive the reactor explosion get recovered by the enclave and fixed back up and they let us kill him so the game could have a meaningful end though even after months i don't know the source of his so is it a fan fiction or what
