Where to find a Bozar?

Tulkas

First time out of the vault
Hi,

I'm curious: Where's the first place to find a Bozar? I'm thinking to start a new character maybe, and I want to make it a "heavy", armed with the Bozar. Now I just need to know where to find one soon. Thanks.

In the bazaar in NCR you can stel some boozars from the shop-guards, and in New Reno you can buy one in the heavy arms shop. (if you're a made man.)

That's it? Damn, then I guess (if I make that new character) I'll have to get to Reno ASAP.

Btw, which Family has the easiest quests? And can you steal the Bozar from the Shopkeeper in NR?

Toxic caves? I can't remember finding a boozar down there. I guess I haven't played in a while.

Ah, really? And does anyone care to tell me the specifics on getting into said cave? And what about the big nasty in there?

I'm thinking to tag Big Guns, Unarmed and either Repair or Sience. And I think I'll also go for Gifted and Heavy Handed because I like the extra stats (hey, he's the Chosen One!) and the punching's really great. But then again Fast Shot might be nice, since I'll always have Agility 10.

The patched version will have Bozar, some nice ammo and a Combat Armor Mk.II :)

Talk to Smiley the trapper's wife, she will give you the direction.
Repair the generator and use an electronic lockpick on the door.

Yeah I meant to say get past those doors. Where can I get an electronic lockpick, and how can I let Vic do the repairs?

There's a electronic lockpick thread around.

To let Vic repair something just use repair on the object Vic (if your repair is lower than his I think) will fix the stuff.

Bozar... That weapon was so super strong, kind of took the fun out of fighting or killing any enemy. Of course when you are a demon spawn/slaver you don't get the good CNPCs... Vic is the best you'll get, so blasting the Bounty Hunters is essential...

No, the bozar isn't the best weapon in the game.
It's the pulse rifle (can be found in the brotherhood)
and with the perk (can't seem to remember it's name - but you need 1 less Ap to shoot) you can shoot 3 times per turn!
