First time out of the vault
in 2189 New california repuclic is voted into existence as a sprawling federation of five states. I think that this time,between fallout 1 and 2,is a pretty interesting setting due the ncr spreading in the wastes and california people's reaction to new laws,taxation and a central power.
so,instead of the story of a hero who change drastically the wasteland,let's write togheter a story of an everyday post atomic man or woman living in the core region with "normal" objectives and no particolar skills and,above all,with his/her own ideas shaped in such a cruel and crazy world.
of course this is an expedient to talk about fallout world,locations,characters,gangs,factions with a more "human" point of view
