Fallout took a lot of inspiration from the movie starring Don Johnson and the short story by Harlan Ellison. I'm assuming you all have seen it, so my question is do you love it, hate it, how do you feel about it?
 
I like it. It's a pretty nice little movie. Worth watching for any self proclaimed post apocalyptic fanatic. It even has Dogmeat!
 
Great fucking movie. A prime example of how post-apocalyptic film doesn't have to be Michael Bay or Eli Roth flavored.
 
Eli Roth was never good at anything when it came to movies. Why people still mention his name is beyond me.

Loved it. My mom thought it was weird. But it was an entertaining movie. It basically had to be Fallout the movie, what tickled my mind though was how he got telepathic connections with his dog.
 


Full movie here. It's great because it's exactly what fallout was meant to be at it's core concept. A discussion of the morals and changes in society post apocalypse. Some action thrown in but the real meat of the movie is far more about discussing what is acceptable in that sort of world as well as the new cultures that would develop and what we would cling to from the old cultures.

P.S. Harlan HATED the dialog in the end of the film, it was very different to the book and he described the film version as misogynistic. It's a funny quip but I kind of agree.

I thought it was a great little film. Very charming. Despite what some people say, I found the closing line to be quite funny. I didn't really see how it was mysoginistic.
