My game is having this weird bug.

So I am on the mission in Fallout 1 where you have to get into the military base so I took the brotherhood with me and we killed all of the mutants guarding the outside and then I searched all of the bodies for the key card thing to get inside but I could not find it on any of them no matter how many times I searched them. What is going on? I can't find anything online related to this problem maybe the game did not download correctly?

On an actual helping note I recommend doing what I do which goes like this.

1. If the problem isn't well known you might be the only one

2. If reloading doesn't work then just re download the game

I reloaded a save and went back and killed it again and it was there.

Irrc the guard directly in front of he entrance can be pickpocketed for the key so it stands to reason its on his person. Are you certain you've checked every body?
