Hello. new here and need help.

Will GoG Help me? or should i just buy a new copy

i use to play Fallout 1 and 2 when they came out year's ago.

a few years back i got a new copy of it. that came with all 3 games Fallout 1 Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics. thing is my house Flooded, i have the game case i got from GoG age's ago, is there any download links i can get? i mean i really do own the games just missin the CD.. i sent a ticket into GoG. asking for help, or will i have to buy the game's all over again, i don't really want too the games mean alot too me and was a gift.
any info would be very helpful

Ummm no we don't play those old games we only play Fallout 4 and 76 and sometimes Fallout Shelter.

Like go surf the high seas at this rate mate but ain't giving no links here because we try to maintain some semblance of order/rules. I need to buy the games again myself.
 
Game case from GoG? I thought they were 100% digital?
Anyway, if it really is from them, you can probably just try writing to their support and ask if you can get the games digitally if the case has a serial number of some kind.

They are. GOG account holders can download any game from their account library, even games that GoG does not sell anymore.

Their support is surprisingly great. They once recompiled the Witcher exe, and sent it to me with the .Net features disabled, because it was crashing my machine; who does that?

see i must have gotten the game from some other website then. i was thinking gog use to sell games way back when they first started i wouldn't know where else i could have gotten them sorry now i feel dumb lmao, i think since the game case had GoG.com on it made me think that's where it came from i'm not sure,
 
GoG won't help. i will have to buy them again from them, but that's ok i paid 20$ for the box set now i gotta pay 30$ to replace all 3 games lmao oh well GoG support kept saying sorry and will contact me if they can help, something about talking too the higher ups about it.
 
any one know where i can download the game? i found my CD but its badly damaged PM me. i will send proof that i own it
 
@TorontoReign already pointed this out... And I say this as a humble citizen, of a law abiding country- the following:

At this stage I'm moderately certain I've bought at least 4 copies each of Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics - and more importantly. I have "borrowed" from my peg-legged compadre's probably another 2 copies of at least Fallout Tactics and probably Fallout 2. I've had the game on so many computers that before I got my Steam copies of the games it was easier to borrow a digital copy than it was to dig out my disks...

But If for any reason your rebuilt-highwayman has a black flag flying, be sure to keep oneself safe.
