I'm 99% certain that Bethesda already said there will be *NO* friendly super-mutants in Fallout 3.

Expanding on what Ausir said - not like anybody's going to be able to make any more bottlecaps, so at least you don't have a fluctuating value for bottlecaps as currency? Bethesda already said they over-hyped Oblivion to start with (the AI, etc) so they're trying to back off of over-hyping...

Well, if it's anything like the third one, that'll only last 15 minutes, then you have a flashlight the whole game. Which of course leads you to think, "WTF can't I find a damn roll of duct tape and just tape this blasted thing to my shotgun!?" for the r-e-s-t o-f t-h-e g-a-m-e.

well, since this has turned into the "older gamers w/ pc vs. console issues" thread - I might as well break rank and post. I have about 3 hours a day where I can spend my time how I choose now (this is subtracting work, sleep, helping cook/clean, pay bills, etc) - Those 3 hours are divided up...

I really don't understand hardly anything about stocks. Does this actually mean that Interplay stock will be sold public, or the possiblity in the near future? :oops:

Don't assume - believe it. it's official. and *maybe* that's why some companies are doing their own and pulling out. Those super nerds that show up to E3 on their own usually have big inroads into the gaming scene in their town. I've never even gone, but if we set up a LAN for some game, I have...

One thing you can bet on is that F3 will sell well - even to fans - because of the modding community - look at all the stuff that was put into Morrowind, much less Oblivion. I'll buy F3 simply to dl the mods.

LOL - memories. I was impressed MOST of the time by the AI, except for infrequent moments like this. I wondered why the enemy AI didn't do things like that. All my companions ended up getting killed on the oil rig......

in Barbie:TES you can drive in a car. You just can't do drivebys, because attacking while doing anything other than walking is impossible, because that wouldn't be immersion. And of course by can't, I mean can't, because it's not opposite day anymore, right? The only hope I have for F3 is...
