This case just gets worse. I don't want either side to win, and neither seem to have a wholly legitimate claim. The side with the most money usually wins, right? So when it all comes down to it, Bethesda will probably win by throwing more money at the situation. Ugh.

I'm surprised it's taken so long to get any info on the DLC. I thought they'd have a steady stream as they did with Fallout 3. Hopefully it'll be a busy summer.

I was wondering the same thing. You'd think Bethesda's made enough from Fallout 3 alone to make it worthwhile to just buy the company and end the lawsuit there. At 7¢ a share it can't be that much to just buy them outright. Then again I probably don't understand it.

You're being sarcastic, right? DM is not a difficult game, especially not for the people on this forum. The "problem" with Dead Money is that it requires you to listen to the characters. The DLC tells you exactly what to do, you just have to listen to it. I guess paying attention is frowned upon...

Aren't those the advanced security system? I thought the press release said something about an advanced security system at the Sierra Madre that was still operational. Hmm, maybe that's all assumption.

Exciting. The DLC "Volume 1" text makes me wonder how many of these they have planned, and if they're all timed exclusives.

I don't mean to be a pessimist, but does anyone think that this'll actually be released? I think Bethesda would just buy out Interplay before they let them release a "non-official" Fallout game. Whenever I hear news about Fallout Online, my excitement is always tempered but the nagging feeling...

I know I'm in the minority, but I'm a bit disappointed to hear that there's a definite ending. As far as DLC, that's not a surprising revelation. I do wonder what it's going to be like though. Mechanically, I doubt they'd patch out the ending again...

Yes, but could you download it whenever you wanted or play without the CD? Surely Steam is vastly superior...
