Because the ESRB wasn't around when Fallout 1/2 were released. Now, killable children in a game today, that shows the child dying, would give the game an AO rating. That means little to no sales for the game. Common sense, man. Common sense.

I never said robots actually evolved. Only one robot changed its appearance: the Sentry Bot. Granted, it looks much better now. Doesn't look like something straight out of Star Wars.

The NCR is too incompetent to rule anything now. New Vegas explains that. NCR is due to collapse, with the Legion marchs into California. Then Lanius will head back to Denver and march east, uniting America under the legion. It'll remain post-apocalyptic.
I heard from someone that they're vampires. I never heard anything about that before, and no one in the Ghost Farm mentions it. I always thought they were just afraid of the outside. What are they supposed to be exactly?
I have something to say here. First of all, there is a difference between "logical inconsistancy" and "canon inconsistancy". The logical things, like where Project Purity was built etc., happen in every game. But on to canon.
