Um... I doubt it. Run Like Hell was not the game it was supposed to be. Someone there decided to take a horrror game and turn it into a 3rd person shooter.

Unfortunately most publishers try to retain IP rights. The trend towards developers keeping IP rights is a relatively recent event. (the last few years)
I know this from having worked on both sides of the fence.

Just a word of warning... A chunk of the shares are tied up by the Brothers Caen. You have to check some of the ownership filing but June/July 2003 some wierd transfers went between Herve, Eric and Titus. This was in the 7 to 8 figure range of shares. :(

Rosh, and well everyone else too, Phil wasn't delusional and he wasn't trying to just keep it alive. He was in a very difficult position he just couldn't walk out on. Can't go into details but he was trapped. BUT he was also trying to make something happen.
