He did. Briosa is dead on the money. Read the two SEC filings. Herve filed Squar as having resigned on the 11th of March. Squar then filed an ammendment stating they resigned on the 8th of February. Herve might be incompetent, but I think he noticed their resigning on that date, it's just that he took this long to put up a SEC-filing.
