I agree to some extent to your comment about perception. But as melee perception isnt a priority, other stats such as endurance are more important. The only thing that i dont like about having low perception is the fact that u have low sequence and u suffer in turn 2 phase of combat(if u play turn...
Ok after experiencing game with all kind of builds i came to conclusion that gunner and melee are the most usefull.People will wonder why i say melee when most people that played FOt will say to me that is hardest.Well i must contradict them and i say melee is in fact one of the strongest builds...
Actually doing the rest of campaign from St Luis till the end as melee squad on insane-tough guy is not so hard. But for this you need Mother (deathclaw recruit) .This deathclaw is incredible(at level 10 she has ~ 200 hp) he has tons of hp and can take even 1 burst of bypass critical of any big...
Does this type of critical ignore everything?(including drugs and perks like toughness or natural racial resistances?)
For example im at St. Louis mission (insane difficulty) and my melee char using drugs(2 psycho and enviroment armor gives me 140% damage resistance 100 from drugs and 40 from...
For drugs like voodoo and trauma pack u get the positive effect for the first 20 minutes after comsumation. Is this real time or in game time? Also how do i know what time is during missions and what effect has ITB or STB for drug duration?
Im so confused with this that i need ask, maybe someone...
I just read the original post and i must need to tell that perfect char and divine favor doesnt work together.U get 1 more extra perk only and this if u get lev 25 ingame for the price of 6 wasted points into charisma.
I play on tough guy insane difficulty with an unarmed character for the ultimate chalange but is so hard.First mission was so damm hard but i manage somehow to do it on 6th or 7th try.Atm im on Macomb mission and im stucked here for now.As unarmed character u cant get close without a psycho at...
After some testing think i got my answer. So here are the results:
Difficulty /Player Damage/ AI Damage
Normal /0%/ 0%
Easy/ +50%/ -50%
Hard/ -25%/ +25%
Insane/ -50%/...
Just from curiosity what is the exactly difference between this settings. On insane for example it must be some penalty for the player in the damage and acurracy while the AI gets a bonus.Does anyone know this numbers?
