New animations 2

In Drobovik's archive I found "Mob Catacombe", but, unfortunatelly, *NA.frm (when you are aiming) is missing.
Does anyone have it for this critter?
Also I am curious, from what mod or game is this critter and what is it's name?

Can somebody make for me dual wield pistols all animations for main hero in Fallout 2 is it passible? all animations yeah thats right much of hard work, i promis if you help will be in my Fallout Street WArrior credits amd respect. Otherwise if you cant do all main hero animations do only main hero in lether jacket animations dual wield pistols will be ok

I doubt anyone would make that for free as it involves a tremendous amount of work, you could try hiring someone.

That said you could consider rendering the animations with a new model from scratch, it takes a lot less time than editing thousands of frames.
There's some really good 3D software for beginners like Daz3D and Blender (to a degree) - any program that allows you to pose and render a model would do the job.
 
I do Fallout Street Warrior maybe for free i dont have got money so i cant hiring someone to do this maybe someone on this forum have got very good heart and do it for free so if making from screatch in program Daz3D where is solution to do this? Created from scratch but it must be guy with leather jacket how to do this? My fallout 2 modding skills are very high but i dont know how to create new critter im green about that. I already know that someone on this forum was trying to create Lil Jesus Mordino dual wield pistols deagle but unfinished

Based on the sprite edit you've posted, you want to keep the style in the same vein of the original, and that's not a breeze. It's a tremendous amount of work, partner!

If I may, I would suggest the following:

It'd be far easier — a whole lot — to just create an image showing two pistols, create a new weapon with one of the unofficial editors, then convert your image file to FRM with another program, define the graphics for the new weapon in the editor (Cubik2k's, or something else), and keep the holding/attack animations unchanged, with obj_dude using a single pistol. The advantages of keeping the pistols in the same item slot are easy/quick reload, holstering the firearms to abide to the laws of certain towns, lower AP cost to re-equip the pistols if combat is initiated, targeted attacks (if it were two separate weapons, you'd have to change the attack mode on both of them), changing the type of ammo faster, etc. . .

What I would do, if I was using Daz, is first make the human model look as close as I can to the OG ones: about 6ft tall, arched back, muscular and dark hair - small details aren't too important.

If I was unable to make the leather jacket attire then I would search for a 3D model online and convert it.
New Vegas mods are usually a safe bet but I would ask permission to the author first to use their model.
 
If nobody will help i will do it by myself it will be pleasure and fun to do it :) 8 frm files its not so bad

Wait, are you going to replace the default armor of the main character to have him equipped with the leather jacket at the start, then?

If not, you'll experience crashes to desktop if you undress the character while he's holding these new pieces. Expect a crash whenever you try to put other armors on the MC, too.

It never occurred to me that you'd make a sex exclusive item for the mod, but now you're telling me it was just eight frames. Is this the final say, on this matter? Dual wielding only available for male characters?

How exactly you intend to prevent players which are controlling women from equipping this item?
In Oblivion Lost, they prevented players from using a female character by killing them before they could leave the starting point! It is this bad, I'm telling you.

Huh?? That came out of left field, you never mentioned about this 'pistolero' boss, before... Not trying to be rude or anything, but you asked for main hero animation frames, you specifically requested it, multiple times, even.

You don't think I have a magic crystal ball, do you now?

Well, I hope you came with a workaround, to prevent players from killing another enemy on the same hex position of this gun-toting boss, and drag his weapon into their inventories, after defeating said boss. Players can use this strat to obtain the melee and ranged weapons of the final boss, in Fallout 2.

I found out, while listening to another Fallout player, that you can 'borrow' items from enemies in the middle of a fight, by successfully hitting them in specific body parts, even if they didn't receive a blow / bullet to their head. If you aim at them with your mouse afterwards, and can see the 'hand icon' it worked, and you can steal from them like if they were chests. You can get their stuff even before you wipe them out. These are some cases that occurred to me (there's more), that may cause problems for players, down the road (when they find a better armor, and try to put them on the MC).
 
Turns out I never posted about it here.. probably because I never finished it. 3 years ago I started working on the spear set for the Ian critter (blue pants leather jacket), since there is a bug in Fo1 where the bandits are given spears as a weapon in an encounter with the BoS, but can't use the weapon due to missing animations. Of course since it's me, I couldn't just replace the weapon or the critters, so I started working on this animation set instead.

Attack, throwing, and dodge are unfinished (only blue pants step, no highlights, no white shirt). Holstering the weapon is also unfinished (only some directions finished) -- this is probably where I stopped working on it. Maybe someone else one day will feel motivation to wrap it up.

New Critters Pack 1

Hi everyone, I wanted to share some critters I made for Fallout Yesterday :nuclear:
They're not perfect but fully functional, with base animations, various weapon sets and critical deaths.
I've made quite a few more and may upload them here periodically but they can be found in the main mod if you wish to use them.

Feel free to use them for your projects! All I ask is to credit myself (Goat_Boy) and Fallout Yesterday :)

Known Issues:


- Animations are a little wooden at times as I'm still new to full body animations
- Some critical deaths are missing (melting, halved, explosion) and use placeholder ones instead

Those look really good. Does the switch to the placeholder standout? Melting and explosion seem like they could pass, but halved...
