    Yea i didnt know about the port because it wasnt listed in the downloads section. Ive just finished FO 1 though, dont think i will do another playthrough, at least not for a long time. It doesnt exactly have much replay value IMHO...very limited on the things you can do unlike FO 2.

    Works the same way for all creatures as far as i can tell. Probably why most creatures dont have the "level with player" flag ticked.
