Would anyone take issue with the Enclave in future games?

The Harold piece was pretty much the only one I actually loved. Fawkes was also a relief, for being a non-retarded-all-I-want-to-ever-do-is-kill-shit mutant. AFAIR, yes, even in Fallout 1 someone tells you they are fanatics who worship technology.

Your dad's death in FO3 was stupid, but would this be any better?

AFAIR, U235 produces Kr and Ba after fision. I have no idea what the by-products of Pu239 fision are, though. Where would the Ra and C14 come from? (Note that where I don't state the mass number is simply because I don't remember which isotope is produced)

How Come Sacramento Isn't in Fallout 2?

Your mistake is in considering the NCR had fewer resources in 2244, and that the problems in supplying the Mojave in 2281 come mostly from a lack of resources. In NV it is stated that the trouble is specifically that they expanded too much, and specifically into the desert. There's also, you...

Elements and ideas Fallout 4 should take over from Fallout New Vegas

Still, I wonder how would they know. A general reputation could make sense for specially high-profile deeds, like mass murder. But, for example, why would anyone in a town that I never visited know that I'm a cleptomaniac? What reason would they have to hate me? Gossip just can't go that far...

Would anyone take issue with the Enclave in future games?

I disagree. For most of the fanbase, Bethesda created Fallout. So there isn't as much as "old factions" as there is "the good guys from Fallout 3". They can easily create new factions and ditch all they did in 3 if they want. And for the older fans, I believe the waters are pretty much divided...

[RESOLVED] NPC turns into a container?!

Agree with Lexx, at least partially. I'm all in for an open source engine, but I don't see the point in writing the whole thing from scratch. Either reutilize FOnline, or FIFE, or gemrb. Yet another pharaonic project is unlikely to complete, sadly. Sharing resources is usually a better option...

The mysteriouswhereabouts about the hub in Fallout

If I'm gonna guess, I'm gonna guess the following: there was some kind of quest-arc for helping the underground ghouls win influence over Necropolis. A lot of the bad press the ghouls have is pretty much Set's faction faking zombies to keep people at bay. There is nothing documented that I know...

Elements and ideas Fallout 4 should take over from Fallout New Vegas

The reputation system still makes far more sense, since for hating you for being a prostitute killing kleptomaniac, they need to know what you are first. It isn't as if there is Facebook in Fallout, not everyone know everything about everybody.

Things that Fallout 3 did right!

Well, the specific example you put was actually intended by the devs of Fallout 1, but they didn't get the rights for that song so they went with Maybe.

This guy speaks the truth about New vegas!

I'm not arguing the motivation to do it, as I agree it was a matter of time and engine and scripting constraints, I'm sorry if I sounded like I was. What I'm saying is that, IMO, the gates make sense for the Strip in particular nonetheless. Everything else, I agree. Why would the people on...

So, Fallout 3 wasn't the result of a single brainstorming session? Shocking...

GIVE THAT BACK YOU LITTLE SHIT

That's gotta be the funniest way to murder a child. AKA: "stop bombing yourself!".

How Come Sacramento Isn't in Fallout 2?

Because nobody ever made war with a faction that wasn't on their own frontier... Seriously, though, they don't need to be too close, the Enclave was a threat for the NCR and it also had way better tech that the NCR would want, so it makes perfect sense that they'd move a mere 450 miles to fight...

Fallout 4 may not contain a skill system

While it does make sense, it takes a lot of strategy and planning off the game. Also, it forces you a certain kind of characters, for the simple reason that you are always more likely to use combat skills in these kind of game, SPECIALLY in the way Beth does them. It also tends to a...

GIVE THAT BACK YOU LITTLE SHIT

On my first playthrough I got to the Den. When I found out the little brat had stolen from me, I figured "well, who is gonna miss this little piece of shit?" and killed him with my own hands. Then the whole town went crazy and killed me. Kids these days...

So ,should we hope that Fallout will die /stop?

@Battlecross, two things. First, ignoring the racist troll is just standard anti-troll defense, don't take it as a declaration of allegiance. Second, while I already gave my opinion, which is in line with what you suggest, it is not as much as "it doesn't change your love for the old stuff" as...

This guy speaks the truth about New vegas!

While that's a valid criticism, the countless gates for the strip kinda make sense for the strip. They don't want hobos getting in, or the people from Freeside in general. I'd rather just see a bigger and more prosperous Strip instead.

What is it with people and the immortal dog?

Actually the pariah dog wasn't immortal, it was just stupidly strong.
