Dosent your luck also determine if you actually hit someone if you have a low skill level? With a high luck, I've hit people twice in a row that I had a 20% chance of hitting.

Theres a bug that I ran in to, I had never really talked to anyone, and I wasnt allowed to enter the city, went around it and beat the game anyway. I was glad that they all died of rad-piosoning.

I'd like to see more karma identitys, since Im usually a 'good guy' in fallout, all I get tagged with is Champion, and Savouir of the Damned. Also I want to be able to find Suliks siter.

I havent tried any of the tricks of the trade to get F1 or F2 working correctly. If you know what your PC actually is, then I bet your smart enough to run it in Win 95 compality mode.
